COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION

WIN Communications Corporation supports CTI on our 440CT line of telephone systems through the use of Pickups. Pickups is a middleware program that works in conjunction with your existing customer management database and your telephone system to perform look-ups and display customer information on your desktop as the call is being received.

Pickups works with many different customer management databases and acts as a tool for those employees in a customer service role to more efficiently service their clients.

In fact Pickups is protocol independent, which means that there is no need to worry about costly upgrades for TAPI, TSAPI, DDE, etc. support. The only requirement is that the Pickups server and client machines must be running the Windows OS. So, if you do not see your database application above, there is still a high probability that Pickups will support it.
