By submitting a request for passwords to access WIN Communications Corporation’s password protected WEB Sites, URL’s, and other WEB pages you acknowledge that the information contained in these WEB sites, URL’s, and other WEB pages is proprietary to WINÒ Communications Corporation and you agree not to disclose any information obtained through the use of passwords issued to you to any third party without the express written permission of WINÒ Communications Corporation.  The information protected by any issued passwords is the sole property of WINÒ Communications Corporation and may not be distributed to any third party without the express written permission of WINÒ Communications Corporation.  Any unauthorized use of the supplied passwords or unauthorized distribution of information obtained by use of the supplied passwords will subject the offending dealer to the loss of the use of the supplied passwords and termination of the offending dealer's Dealer Agreement.  You further agree not to manipulate, change or otherwise alter in any way any information obtained through the use of the any passwords obtained without the express written permission of WINÒ Communications Corporation.
